World AIDS Day was launched today at Chitimuku Ground in Kanyama constituency. The march commenced from Total filling station to Chitimuku, flagged off by everyone. Public health specialist Mr. Frank Nang’ama delivered welcoming remarks, and Hon. Monty Chinkulu, our Guest of Honor, delivered a speech. The event featured a cultural dance, a poem circle of hope “Malaika,” and a vote of thanks by Mr. Mambo for ZATULET CEO Mrs. Charity Habeenzu. Service provisions were offered by various partners, and opening/closing prayers were led by Rev. B.N. Siakapwaye. ZATULET also Voluntary Counselling and Testing (VCT) for HIV at the same venue.
